Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated spring water manufacturing apparatus 100 which is compact, can raise density of carbon dioxide dissolved in carbonated spring water and is easy to maintain.SOLUTION: A mixture of warm water and air bubble-shaped carbon dioxide is generated by supplying warm water with carbon dioxide. The mixture of warm water and carbon dioxide becomes carbonated spring water by passing through a flexible tube 9 having three or more bend units 23a-e, a carbonated spring water tube 10 and a shower head unit 31. The shower head unit has a diameter reduction top 35 and a venturi tube 37, and the cross section of a through-hole 36 of the diameter reduction top 35 is smaller than the cross section of the carbonated spring water tube 10. Besides, the cross section of the through-hole 36 of the diameter reduction top 35 is smaller than the cross section of both ends of the venturi tube 37.
