Abstract:

To provide a simple laminate film with high electric conductivity only by laminating a tetrathiafulvalene derivative and an electron-accepting compound not through a complicated step.

This invention relates to the laminate film of the tetrathiafulvalene derivative represented by general formula (I) and the electron-accepting compound. In the formula (I), X is an atom selected out of a carbon atom, a sulfur atom and a nitrogen atom, and may be identical or different. When the carbon atom or nitrogen atom is selected as X, R1to R16are groups selected out of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, and thioalkoxy groups, and may be identical or different.
