Abstract:
The invention provides a turbine control device, a turbine control method and a turbine control program, which can flexibly perform stable control on the system efficiency even during operation of loads. The turbine control device (7) comprises a system information acquiring part (15) which acquires the system information related to the operation status of a power system connected with a generating package unit, and a speed control part (11) which adjusts the adjustment parameters of the revolving speed of a turbine in the generating package unit according to the system information.
