Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device that can prevent water hammer from occurring in a case where a pump is activated first after a water supply device stops due to power failure or failure of the water supply device.SOLUTION: A water supply device 1 includes: a pump P; a motor M that drives the pump P; and a control unit 35 that activates the pump P when a discharge side pressure is equal to or less than a predetermined activation pressure, and performs a command of rotation speed of the pump P to an inverter 20 so that the discharge side pressure becomes a target pressure. The control unit 35 performs a protective activation operation in which increase of the discharge side pressure is more gradual than a normal activation operation, when the pump P is activated after the water supply device 1 stops for a long time.
