To evaluate an environmental load in a load device.
A power control system controls the use of a power of at least one power consumer (first to nth houses). The power consumer includes a group of devices 200 having at least one power load, a panel board 12 for distributing the power to the group of devices 200, a power line 400 for transmitting the power distributed by the panel board 12 to the group of devices 200, a power information terminal T1 for collecting power information of the group of devices 200 including information of a quantity of consumed power of at least one power load and an information line 300 for transmitting the power information to the power information terminal T1. The power information terminal T1 compares at least one piece of information of the quantity of consumed power of power load with a reference parameter to evaluate the environmental load of at least one power load.
