Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in luminance and luminous efficiency while improving emission uniformity.SOLUTION: A dispersion type EL element 10 is constituted by laminating a transparent electrode 2 formed on a substrate 1, a light-emitting layer 3, a dielectric layer 4, and a back electrode 5. In the dispersion type EL element according to the present invention, an intermediate layer 6 having a dielectric powder 6B dispersed in a binder 6A is formed between the light-emitting layer 3 and the dielectric layer 4. The intermediate layer 6 is formed by applying a paste having the dielectric powder 6B dispersed and mixed in the binder 6A, onto the light-emitting layer 3.
