Abstract:
A surface-treated mold which, in at least the imprinting surface of a mold (10), is provided on the outermost layer with a silazane film (mold release film) directly, or with an intermediary film (13), on a base material (11). The silazane film comprises a crosslinked condensation polymer having a perfluoroalkyl group-containing triaminosilane represented by the structural formula as the monomers or main monomers, and is chemically bonded to the mold base material (11) or the neighboring intermediary film (13). CnF2n+1CmH2mSi(NH2)3 (where n is 2-10 and m is 1-4). This surface-treated mold realizes a high mold release heat resistance and mold release durability, allowing continuous stable production of excellent molded products.
