Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which provides an image that looks good.SOLUTION: In an image processing system, a face is detected from an image photographed by a photographic seal creating device. Further, a region such as cheeks, a jaw, and a forehead is extracted from the detected face. Color and brightness of skin within each of these extracted regions are corrected to become suitable color and brightness for each region. Since the correction is performed for each face or each region within the face, an image that looks good is created for each face. Further, corrections such as enlarging a mouth or eyes or adjusting positions thereof are also performed. With such corrections performed for each face, the image that looks good can be provided to a user. The technology can be applied to the photographic seal creating device.
