Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that is capable of detecting visible light and infrared light and has both improved miniaturization and productivity.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 includes a semiconductor substrate 2, a visible light detector 3 that is provided on the semiconductor substrate 2 and detects visible light, an infrared light detector 4 that is provided on the semiconductor substrate 2 and detects infrared light, and a stacked optical film 6 that is provided so as to cover the infrared light detector 4 and transmits the infrared light. The semiconductor device 1 may further include a function element portion 5 that is provided on the semiconductor substrate 2 and performs a calculation for the output of the visible light detector 3 and the output of the infrared light detector 4. The stacked optical film 6 preferably covers the function element portion 5.
