Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of delivery delay by controlling a delivery order in accordance with the reception frequency of electronic mail of a user even when the delay of mail delivery is generated due to the inflow of large amounts of electronic mail.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: management means for managing a database in which information relating to the reception frequency of electronic mail to each destination is stored; acquisition means for acquiring the reception frequency corresponding to the destination of received electronic mail from the database managed by the management means; determination means for determining whether or not the received electronic mail is electronic mail which should be preferentially delivered by using the reception frequency acquired by the acquisition means; and preferential delivery control means for, when it is determined that the received electronic mail is the electronic mail which should be preferentially delivered as a result of determination by the determination means, performing control for preferentially delivering the received electronic mail.
