Title:
気液分離器
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5774327
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid separator in which gas-liquid separation efficiency is improved by causing a separated liquid to easily flow into a liquid storage chamber.SOLUTION: A revolving blade 12 is arranged in an annular space 11 formed from a body 1 and an exhaust pipe 10. An upper part of the revolving blade 12 is connected to an inlet 6. The upper part is connected through an inside hole of the exhaust pipe 10 to an outlet 7. A revolving chamber 14 is formed in a lower part of the annular space 11, a liquid storage chamber 15 is formed below the revolving chamber 14, and a lower part of the liquid storage chamber 15 is connected to a liquid drain port 8. A cylindrical filter 22 for fluid filtering with a plug 23 provided in a lower end part is arranged between the exhaust pipe 10 and the liquid storage chamber 15. A ring-shaped partitioning wall member 17 of which the inner periphery is fixed to the plug 23 by welding is arranged between an outer peripheral wall of the plug 23 and an inner peripheral wall of the body 1. The partitioning wall member 17 has four projections 18 in the outer periphery. and a liquid-passing gap 19 is formed between an outer edge of the partitioning wall member 17 between the projections 18 and the inner peripheral wall of the body 1. The plug 23 has a communication hole 24 for liquid passage which communicates the inside of the filter 22 and the liquid storage chamber 15.
