Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system which can improve workability of electric supply for vehicles in which a power feeding portion of a mounted secondary battery is differently positioned.SOLUTION: A charging system 20 comprises: a fixed unit 22; a take-up unit 28 which rewinds a distribution cable 26; a movable unit 30 which is connected to the distribution 26 and supplies power; and a charging unit 32 which is disposed in the movable unit 30 and charges a secondary battery 17. The charging system 20 can freely change arrangement of the movable unit 30 on a parking space 14, therefore, when charging vehicles 16 and 60 that have a power supply ports 18 of the secondary battery 17 at a different position, it becomes possible to charge by merely changing the arrangement of the movable unit 30. Moreover, because an operator can handle the charging unit 32 while standing, workability of charging can be improved.
