PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fixing structure capable easily and surely fixing an upper bolt by a structure of an attaching metal fitting without adopting a general fixing method of the upper bolt.SOLUTION: An upper bolt 10 is fixed to an attaching member 20 by a structure of an attaching member 20, that is, a structure of a first division part 30 and a second division part 40 configuring the attaching member 20. Then, the first division part 30 includes an oblong hole 32 for inserting the upper bolt 10 on a top surface 31, and a support part 33 for supporting a head part 11 of the inserted upper bolt 10 facing a part of the oblong hole 32 on a lower side of the top surface 31. Also, the second division part 40 includes a top surface 41 overlapped on the top surface 31 of the first division part 30, and a bolt hole 42 is formed on the top surface 41 for penetrating a screw part 12 of the upper bolt 10 at a position where it is inserted to the oblong hole 32 of the first division part 30 and the head part 11 is supported by the support part 33.
