Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which releases heat generated at an imaging element and attains miniaturization.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 is provided with: a glass substrate 6; an imaging element 5 which receives light having passed through the glass substrate 6 and converts the light to an electric signal; a printed wiring board 11 which is disposed on the opposite side of the imaging element 5 to the glass substrate 6 and has a heat conductor pattern; and a pressure member 13 which is supported by the printed wiring board 11, elastically pressurizes the imaging element 5 toward the glass substrate 6, and conducts the heat of the imaging element 5 to the heat conductor pattern.
