Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a carbide to obtain strength enough to be a substitute for a coke which becomes a heat source for melting wastes in a waste melting furnace, from a fibrous biomass.SOLUTION: The fibrous biomass (palm tree residue) is crushed by a crusher, the crushed fibrous biomass is dried by a dryer, a granulated substance such as a pellet or the like is manufactured from the dried fibrous biomass, a hollow cylindrical molding is molded by heat and pressure from the manufactured granulated-substance by a molding machine, and the carbide is manufactured by carbonizing the obtained hollow cylindrical molding.
