Abstract:
An anti-overflow pot lid is provided, including: a lid body configured to be curved to protrude, and to cover an opening of a pot body; a recessed portion configured to be recessed downward from the lid body; one or more inlet holes configured to be formed at an upper part of the recessed portion and let in steam generated in the pot body; and one or more outlet holes configured to be formed at a lower part of the recessed portion and let out water drops obtained by liquefying the steam into the pot body. The anti-overflow pot lid can effectively prevent rattling and spillage or leakage. In addition, the anti-overflow pot lid has an element with a simple structure for preventing spillage or leakage, and can thus minimize an increase in the manufacturing cost thereof. Moreover, the anti-overflow pot lid can allow food to be cooked under high pressure and address the problem of water loss during cooking by preventing excessive steam release and excessive water evaporation. Furthermore, since the recessed portion is removable from the lid body, the recessed portion can be easily cleaned, and hygienically maintained.
