Abstract:
To provide a new method for accelerating generation of soybean.
Total RNA is extracted from a proliferated host infected with a recombinant apple latent spherical virus (FT-ALSV) expressing FT gene of Arabidopsis thaliana, and the RNA is inoculated to a cotyledon of a VE-stage soybean sprout by using a particle gun method.
