Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel transparent conductor which, when used in the production of a flexible organic electronic element (e.g., an organic EL element, an organic solar cell) having both high electrical conductivity and high transparency, can impart good properties to the organic electronic element. Specifically disclosed is a transparent conductor which comprises a transparent substrate and a transparent conductive layer containing carbon nanotubes and formed on the transparent substrate, and which is characterized in that the transparent conductive layer has an average transmittance of 70% or more at a spectral wavelength of 400-700 nm and a sheet resistance value of less than 10O/? at 25°C and 50% RH, and the surface of the transparent conductive layer has a calculated surface roughness (Ra) of 10 nm or less and a 10-point average roughness (Rz) of 40 nm or less.
