Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decomposing a vehicle motor, which is capable of effectively and easily decomposing a used motor for a hybrid vehicle or an electric vehicle, and easily recovering components for each material.SOLUTION: A method for decomposing a vehicle motor 1 for a hybrid vehicle and an electric vehicle, the motor in which a cylindrical rotor core 5 including a rare earth magnet is disposed in or press-fitted to a columnar body 4a of a shaft member 4 having a flange part 4b provided in one end 4d in an axial direction of the body 4, and a rotor 2 having a pressing plate 6 for coming-off prevention of the rotor core 5 press-fitted to a side of the other end 4c of the body 4a is magnetically coupled to a central space of a cylindrical stator 3 through a gap, includes: supporting the stator 3 of the vehicle motor 1; decomposing the rotor 2 and the stator 3 by applying a load to the rotor 2 in the axial direction of the rotor 2; and decomposing the rotor core 5 and the shaft member 4 by applying a load to the other end 4c of the body 4a of the shaft member 4 in an axial direction of the shaft member 4 while supporting the rotor core 5 of the rotor 2.
