Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of problems including information leakage and other problems caused by mixture of business use and personal use of a portable terminal, without losing convenience of the portable terminal.SOLUTION: A positional information acquisition unit 25 acquires positional information showing a present position. A first transmission unit 21 transmits use request information for requesting use of function units (information acquisition units 23 and 24) to a management device 100 through a network, where the positional information acquired by the positional information acquisition unit 25 is added to the use request information. A first reception unit 22 receives use permission information or use impossibility information corresponding to the use request information from the management device 100 through the network. A control unit 20 performs control so that: operation of the function units (the information acquisition units 23 and 24) is prohibited in a situation where the first reception unit 22 does not receive the use permission information; and the function units (the information acquisition units 23 and 24) are made to operate in a predetermined period to acquire information at timing when the first reception unit 22 receives the use permission information.
