PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily and inexpensively manufactured medicine bag with a tag which is a medicine bag with a tag displaying information such as all information related to a medicine taken by a patient, information related to an amount of money to be paid by the patient, information to be stuck on a medicine pocket book, a notice from a pharmacy, and an information display sheet for manufacturing the medicine bag with the tag.SOLUTION: There is provided an information display sheet for manufacturing a medicine bag with a tag which includes a region 12 corresponding to a tag on which various pieces of information are displayed, and a region 13 corresponding to a medicine storage part, and in which the region corresponding to the tag can be separated from the region corresponding to the medicine storage part.
