Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power plant monitoring controller that allows a power system to be stably operated by obtaining a highly accurate flow-down delay time period.SOLUTION: One embodiment of the present invention relates to a hydraulic power plant monitoring controller for performing monitoring control of facilities installed at an upstream dam, a generator and a downstream dam that constitute a hydraulic power plant. Further, the hydraulic power plant monitoring controller comprises: upstream dam discharge start time storage means for calculating upstream dam discharge start time indicating time when the discharge is started from the upstream dam; power generation start time storage means for calculating power generation start time indicating time when the generator starts to generate power; downstream dam water introduction start time storage means for calculating downstream dam water introduction start time indicating time when water introduction to the downstream dam is started; and flow-down delay time period calculation means for calculating a flow-down delay time period indicating a time period from the time when the discharge is started from the upstream dam to the time when the water introduction to the downstream dam is started from the upstream dam discharge start time, the power generation start time and the downstream dam water introduction start time.
