Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment system raising the BOD/P ratio of treated water 1 flowing into an anaerobic tank to increase the discharge amount of phosphorus in the anaerobic tank to thereby increase the intake of phosphorus in an oxygen-free tank and an aerobic tank.SOLUTION: This wastewater treatment system includes: the anaerobic tank 102 into which treated liquid flows; the oxygen-free tank 104 into which mixed liquid in the anaerobic tank 102 flows; a sludge return passage 107 for returning the mixed liquid in the oxygen-free tank 104 to the anaerobic tank 102; the aerobic tank 106 into which the mixed liquid in the oxygen-free tank 104 flows; and a nitrified liquid circulating passage 108 for circulating the mixed liquid in the aerobic tank 106 to the oxygen-free tank 104. A fine mesh screen 103 is disposed in a passage through which the mixed liquid in the anaerobic tank 102 flows into the oxygen-free tank 104.
