Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method for a wire harness with an exterior sheet and a jig used for the assembly method, capable of reducing a manufacturing cost by dispensing with a special manufacturing facility by using a self-adhesive sheet, with improved manufacture workability on the wire harness.SOLUTION: The assembly method includes: a step in which a wire harness 25 and a pressing jig 21 for pressurizing the wire harness 25 sideway are arranged on a special adhesive layer 19 of a one-side self adhesive sheet 17; a step in which the one-side self adhesive sheet 17 is bent into two so that the wire harness 25 and the pressing jig 21 are overlapped each other so as to be sandwiched by the special adhesive layer 19; a step in which the wire harness 25 is pressurized by the pressing jig 21 sideway to be aligned along a folding part of the one-side self adhesive sheet 17; a step for drawing out the pressing jig 21 from inside the one-side self adhesive sheet 17 being overlapped in the direction almost perpendicular to the axial line of the wire harness 25; and a step to press-contact the special adhesive layers 19 of the one-side self adhesive sheet at the place from which the jig 21 is pulled out each other.
