Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fluid mixing apparatus capable of continuously mixing a fluid while controlling the length of a flow passage which is required for mixing the fluid.SOLUTION: The fluid mixing apparatus includes: a flow passage for carrying a plurality of fluids; a pair of electrodes provided on the flow passage; a voltage application means for applying voltage on the pair of electrodes. The pair of electrodes are arranged so that an opposed direction of the pair of electrodes is vertical or substantially vertical to the direction of carrying the fluid in the flow passage, and a flow circulating about an axis in the direction of carrying the fluid is generated on the fluid by applying voltage to the pair of electrodes.
