Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of factory designing and to miniaturize a factory at a green tire manufacturing line using a rigid core.SOLUTION: A plurality of work stations are arranged along an orbit. On the outer surface of a rigid core moving on the orbit, a tire component is stuck to form a green tire at each work station. Each work station includes a core conveyance truck movable on the orbit, and a sticking device for sticking the tire component to the outer surface of the rigid core held on the core conveyance truck. The core conveyance truck transfers the held rigid core to a core conveyance truck belonging to an adjacent work station after the tire component is stuck by the sticking device of a work station to which the core conveyance truck belongs.
