PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device of a clutch capable of improving the clutch assembling property.SOLUTION: The assembling device 81 includes a base 82 having a placing face 82a on an upper face, and a device side engaging part 84 formed on the placing face 82a. The device side engaging part 84 is concave-convex engaged with a clutch side engaging part 54k formed in a holding case 54 positioned at one end of axial direction in the clutch, relatively immobilably in the plane direction of the placing face 82a.
