Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an iron-based heavy metal-fixing agent composed of an aqueous solution containing a ferrous salt and a ferric salt by a simple apparatus in a short time and stably without using a ferrous sulfate salt or a ferrous salt aqueous solution as a raw material.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an iron-based heavy metal-fixing agent includes bringing a ferric salt aqueous solution into contact with a reducing agent to reduce a part of a ferric salt to thereby form a ferrous salt.
