Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fullerene pillar electrode having high conductivity, a manufacturing method of the fullerene pillar electrode, and a solar cell having high light-current conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A fullerene pillar electrode 1 includes a substrate 10 and multiple columnar fullerene pillars 30 erecting in a direction perpendicular to one surface 10a of the substrate 10. At least one of the fullerene pillars 30 is a conductive fullerene pillar 20 where a conductive part is exposed. This invention relates to the fullerene pillar electrode 1, a manufacturing method of the fullerene pillar electrode 1, and a solar cell including the fullerene pillar electrode 1.
