The cleaning apparatus is configured to include the first cleaning water supply unit 33 for supplying cleaning water from a cleaning water supply source P to the inside on the side of the end 32 of the rotary cylinder 3, the first water discharge vessel T1 collecting cleaning water discharged, downward on the side of the end 32 of the rotary cylinder 3, from the rotary cylinder 3, the second cleaning water supply unit 34 for supplying cleaning water from the first water discharge vessel T1 to the inside on the side of the end 31 of the rotary cylinder 3 and the second water discharge vessel T2 collecting cleaning water discharged, downward on the side of the end 31 of the rotary cylinder 3, from the rotary cylinder 3.
