Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, an image processing method, and an image processing program for specifying the area of a small solid object included in a solid object in a slice image photographing the section of the solid object.SOLUTION: The control unit 21 of an image processing device 20 executes recording processing of a slice image and input processing of a slice interval and magnification. Then, the control unit 21 executes alignment processing in two continuous slice images. The control unit 21 executes, for a specified organic contour in the first slice image, contour alignment processing for the other slice image. Then, the control unit 21 executes two-dimensional evaluation processing for a cell included in each slice image. The control unit 21 executes three-dimensional evaluation processing for identifying similar or different cells among the specified cells of the respective images to count the number of cells, and outputs the number of cells.
