Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring attention to an order placed possibly for an illicit purpose.SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing part 10 assigns a transaction number to inquiry information transmitted from a server 2 of a mail-order company at the time of reception of an order, registers the inquiry information with the transaction number into a database 15, and causes a communication part 14 to transmit the transaction number to the server 2 that transmitted the inquiry information. If destination information included in the received inquiry information is not classified as a suspicious destination, the arithmetic processing part 10 searches for previous inquiry information registered in the database 15. If the arithmetic processing part 10 finds that more than or equal to a predetermined number of orders that are estimated to have a same destination within a predetermined first period from the reception date and time of the inquiry information, it classifies this destination as a suspicious destination and registers it into the database 15. The arithmetic processing part 10 transmits, to servers 2 of all the mail-order companies that have received an order for the destination newly classified as a suspicious destination by a predetermined second period before, the transaction number assigned to the order and an inquiry result indicating that the order is for a suspicious destination.
