Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of an information processing system.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: a front system having a front system-side database; and a backup system having a backup system-side database where the front system-side database is replicated. The front system includes: update log storage means which stores the same transaction information in a plurality of update logs corresponding to the same transaction processing, in association with each other; and update log transmission means which transmits the update log and the same transaction information to the backup system. The update log storage means distributes the update logs corresponding to the same record which indicates a data unit in the front system-side database, to the same processing system, and stores the update logs in association with registration serial numbers.
