Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material feeder for a tire, capable of performing reel exchange quickly in the feeding work of rubber materials for a tire, improving uniformity of replenishing timing without being affected from troubles having occurred in other operations and the like, and reducing time losses due to the replenishing work, thereby achieving improvement of productivity.SOLUTION: This rubber material feeder for the tire is configured such that: setting a reel, on which strip-like rubber materials are wound, at a sending forth position; sending the rubber materials from the reel and feeding them to supply destinations, which has a replenishing table on which a plurality of reel holders are attached, is equipped with a rubber material replenishing means which moves the plurality of reel holders sequentially to the sending forth position by gyrating the replenishing table for conducting reel exchange; and an automatic joint means which joins automatically the rear end of rubber materials completed of sending forth from the reel and the top end of rubber materials newly set to the sending forth position by the gyration of the replenishing table.
