Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal resistance detection circuit capable of improving detection accuracy of an internal resistance value of a secondary battery and also to provide a battery power supply apparatus.SOLUTION: The internal resistance detection circuit includes: an individual resistance calculation section 103 for calculating a resistance value of a secondary battery B on the basis of a current and a voltage of the secondary battery B; a storage section 107 for storing by mapping a charge state and temperature of the secondary battery B with the internal resistance value; a magnification calculation section 112 for calculating such a ratio as the magnification that the internal resistance value stored in the storage section 107 corresponding to the charge state and temperature of the secondary battery B and a resistance value calculated by the individual resistance calculation section 103; and an internal resistance value acquisition section 113 for acquiring a multiplication value which is obtained by multiplying the magnification to the internal resistance value being stored in the storage section 107 while mapping to SOC and temperature of the secondary battery B, as the internal resistance value of the secondary battery B.
