Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of fusing and bonding a pipe end of an inner pipe and a lid member, by inserting the pipe end of the inner pipe into a through-hole of a lid member from the inside of an outer pipe, while fusing and bonding the pipe end of the outer pipe to the lid member, in an underground heat exchanger of a double pipe structure.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an underground heat exchanger of a double pipe structure, the under ground heat exchanger has an outer pipe 30 of thermoplastic resin buried in the ground, a lid member of thermoplastic resin sealing one pipe end of the outer pipe, and an inner pipe 41 fused and bonded to the lid member with a pipe end inserted into the through-hole bored and formed in the lid member while being inserted into the outer pipe from the inside of the outer pipe, heat medium flows in the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The method has an inner pipe fusing and bonding step of fusing and bonding the pipe end to the lid member with the pipe end of the inner pipe inserted into the through-hole of the lid member from the inside of the outer pipe and a lid member fusing and bonding step of water-tightly sealing the one pipe end by fusing and bonding the lid member to which the pipe end of the inner pipe is fused and bonded to the one pipe end of the outer pipe with the inner pipe inserted into the outer pipe.
