Abstract:
A small-diameter cable harness and a manufacturing method thereof. The small-diameter cable harness comprises a plurality of small-diameter cables (11) and a water stop portion (3) provided at least at one portion of the small-diameter cables. The water stop portion (3) is constructed of a tubular member formed by a resin or a metal. The plurality of small-diameter cables (11 ) are bundled to be inserted into an insertion hole (61) of the water stop portion (3). The small-diameter cables (11) are adhered to each other, and are adhered to an inner surface of the insertion hole (61) so as to stop water by an adhesive agent (67) filled into the insertion hole (61) of the water stop portion (3). The small-diameter cables (11 ) are comprised of an outer sheath (74) having an outermost layer (74a) made of a resin whose relative dielectric constant is larger than or equal to 4.6, and an inner layer (74 b) made of a fluorocarbon polymer and provided on an inner circumferential side of the outermost layer (74a).
