Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground facility for evacuation which is directly connected to buildings such as a school, hospital, business office, company, and commercial facility and allows refuge to the underground facility to be rapidly and easily taken when the alarm of a natural disaster such as a tsunami or a tornado is issued.SOLUTION: A building B is directly connected to an underground facility A by a staircase C. In the underground facility A, at least an evacuation space 2 in which concrete products 1 for culvert are horizontally connected with each other and which has a predetermined length is formed, and impervious walls 3 with doorways are provided at appropriate intervals in the evacuation space 2. In the periphery of the concrete products 1 for culvert, trusses surrounding the periphery of the concrete products 1 for culvert are arranged and a reinforcement concrete layer 5 made by placing concrete is formed. Backfill soil layer 6 bound with a solidification material is provided around the reinforcement concrete layer 5.
