Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of an operator when taking out a specific electronic mail needed for the operator.SOLUTION: When a specific electronic mail address associated with the same telephone number as a specific telephone number resulting from a telephone call incoming is registered in a telephone directory (Fig. 3) having the telephone number and the electronic mail address recorded in association with each other, an electronic mail having the specific electronic mail address set to a dispatch source address is obtained from a mail server (30), and the obtained electronic mail is notified by a first user interface of an own terminal.
