Abstract:
A power conversion apparatus (1) includes an electrical circuit (3) including a heat source (31), a heat pipe cooler (9) in which a refrigerant is enclosed, the heat pipe cooler (9) cooling the heat source (31), freeze determination means (25) for determining whether the refrigerant is frozen, and an output limitation means (22) for limiting output when the freeze determination means (25) determines that the refrigerant is frozen.
