Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire, a system and a method for knowing tire deterioration information on a present pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A tire tag for recording the tire deterioration information is arranged in the pneumatic tire. The tire tag includes a measuring unit for intermittently outputting tire internal pressure data and tire temperature data by measuring tire internal pressure and the tire temperature in a tire cavity area, an arithmetic operation unit for calculating a tire deterioration index of indicting a deterioration degree of the present tire, and a recording unit for readably recording the tire deterioration index. The arithmetic operation unit calculates the tire deterioration index by using the tire internal pressure data and the tire temperature data every time when outputting the tire internal pressure data and the tire temperature data. The recorded tire deterioration index is read out of a reader separate from the pneumatic tire, and is used for determining availability as a retreaded tire.
