Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction customer support system for giving an advice about a reform period or the like by validly using the schedule of construction planning.SOLUTION: The construction customer support system includes: a database 200 in which customer information is stored; and specification means 110 for specifying a customer who should be notified of a construction recommendation period on the basis of the information stored in the database 200. In the database 200, the customer information including the name, address, contact destination and construction history of each customer and a schedule including the address of a scheduled construction destination and date and exchange recommendation information relating to a reform object are stored. The specification means 110 specifies the customer who should be notified of the arrival of the construction recommendation period on the basis of the address of the scheduled construction destination where the date of scheduled construction completion arrives within a predetermined period and the construction history and the exchange recommendation information by referring to the database 200.
