PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating room air conditioning system that can prevent dew condensation of a lens of a laparoscope in a laparoscopic operation.SOLUTION: An operating room air conditioning system 10 performs air conditioning of an operating room 1. The operating room air conditioning system 10 includes a first air diffuser 21 provided direct above an operating table 5 and a second air diffuser 31 provided around the first air diffuser 21. Air having a temperature higher than the room temperature is diffused toward an operating table 5 from the first air diffuser 21 and air having a temperature lower than the room temperature is diffused from the second air diffuser 31 toward the surrounding of the operation table 5.
