Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having less deterioration of transparency, conductivity and film strength even after being kept in a high temperature and high humidity environment for a long period of time by greatly improving volatility of water contained in the film during drying and also by greatly improving water resistance of the film.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 1 comprises a transparent substrate 11 and a transparent conductive layer 13 formed on the substrate 11 and comprising a conductive polymer containing a π-conjugated conductive polymer and a polyanion, and a binder resin. The conductive layer 13 is formed using a dispersion containing a conductive polymer and a binder resin, the conductive polymer being a dispersant of conductive polymer particles in an organic solvent and an aspect ratio of the dispersed conductive polymer particles is not fewer than 10 and not more than 1000.
