Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of keeping high engine performances while suppressing occurence of preignition.SOLUTION: A control device of an internal combustion engine includes: engine temperature acquiring means for acquiring an engine temperature of an internal combustion engine; specific operating region setting means for setting a specific operating region in an operating region defined by an engine rotational frequency and an engine load, according to the engine temperature acquired by the engine temperature acquiring means; and preignition suppression control means executing the control to suppress occurence of preignition when the present operating region is within the specific operating region set by the specific operating region setting means. Here, in the specific operating region, a region according to a second engine temperature higher than a first engine temperature, is determined to be narrower than a region according to the first engine temperature.
