Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more companies to execute information provision and services using a special telephone number allocated to company server.SOLUTION: A short message system includes SMS servers 3 installed in respective carriers, and a server computer connected with company servers 6 operated by a plurality of companies. Company specifying information capable of specifying each company to which a single common destination number is allocated and a keyword related to the company are stored in correspondence, and when a short message for the common destination number is received from the SMS server 3, the company specified from the company specifying information stored corresponding to the keyword included in the short message is specified as the company of a transmission destination of the short message, and the short message including the keyword is transmitted to the company server 6 of the specified company.
