Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramics without including lead and having piezoelectric properties small in temperature dependency and highly stable over a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric-ceramics includes 0.01 to 0.50 pt.mass of Mn in terms of MnO, with respect to 100 pts.mass of a component represented by a composition formula (1-x){(KNa)Li}(NbTaSb)O+xBi(A1A2)O, where x, a, b, c, d, e, α and β, respectively, are in a range of 0.0010≤x≤0.0050, 0.50≤a≤0.54, 0.02≤b≤0.06, 1.000≤c≤1.005, 0.04≤d≤0.10, 0≤e≤0.10, 2/3≤α≤1, 1/3≤β≤2/3, A1 is at least one kind element of an element group consisting of Mg, Cu, and Zn, and A2 is at least one kind element of an element group consisting of Nb, Ta, Sb, Ti, Zr, Hf, Ge, Sn and Ce.
