Abstract:
Provided is a method of reliably bonding resin adhesion films to a solar cell having different numbers of front and back fine line-shaped electrodes in the process of pressing the films from above and below and pressure-bonding them to the solar cell. Electrodes (11, 12) are provided on front and back sides of a substrate. Resin adhesion films (5) are respectively arranged on the front and back electrodes of a solar cell (1) in which the total area of the electrode (11) on the front surface side is smaller than the total area of the electrode (12) on the back surface side. A cushion sheet (63) and a lower press member (61) are arranged below the lower resin adhesion film (5) in this order, and a cushion sheet (64) being thicker than the cushion sheet (63) and an upper press member (62) are arranged above the upper resin adhesion film (5) in this order. Then, the resin adhesion films (5) are stuck on the front and back electrodes (11, 12) of the solar cell (1) respectively by: applying pressure to the lower press member (61) and the upper press member (62) in directions opposed to each other, thereby pressure-bonding the resin adhesion films (5) to the front and back electrodes (11, 12) of the solar cell (1); and releasing the pressure to the two press members (61, 62) to move the members away and moving the cushion sheets (63, 64) away from the resin adhesion films (5).
