Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure conductivity of a tire while using non-conductive rubber as topping rubber of a band layer and to further reduce rolling resistance.SOLUTION: A band layer is formed of a band strip wound body on which a band strip is spirally wound and includes band dense winding areas on both sides of a tire shaft direction and a band non-dense winding area disposed between the band dense winding areas. A base rubber section is formed of a base rubber strip wound body on which a base rubber strip is spirally wound in the same winding direction as that of the band strip and includes base dense winding areas on both sides of the tire shaft direction and a base non-dense area between the base dense winding areas. A non-dense winding overlapping section in which the band non-dense winding area overlaps the base non-dense winding area at the radial direction inside and outside is formed. A terminal rubber section passes through a cap rubber section from a ground surface, extends to the tire radial direction inside and has an inner end connected to a belt layer at the non-dense winding overlapping section.
