Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact valve device by reducing the dimension in the valve opening/closing direction, of a spring vibration isolator for preventing vibration of a valve element.SOLUTION: In a valve body 30, a valve chest 35 and an orifice 32a are formed. In a valve element unit 50, a valve element 58 that comes in contact with or separates from the orifice 32 to adjust the flow rate is supported by a valve support 51, and biased in the valve closing direction for closing the orifice 32a by a compression coil spring 8c. The valve support 51 includes: a valve pressing part 53 for supporting the valve element 58; and a plurality of spring arm parts 54, formed integrally with the valve pressing part 53 and extending in the direction across the valve opening/closing direction along a side face 35a of the valve chest 35.
